It's been 5 years since the notorious section on the Snake River referred to as the Milner Mile has run. This de-watered section of the Snake River is a classic for big water boaters, boasting some of the biggest whitewater in the lower 48. It is short and sweet. Offering scouting options along the south rim of the canyon and easy access for put-in and take out. Here are a few photos from a trip on March 18th 2017 when the river was running @13,600cfs.
